AIoT Refillable Amenity Dispenser ‘Osull°er,’ Developed by Freeidea Co., Ltd. (CEO Jongman Woo), Selected as an Official Innovation Product by the Public Procurement Service
Freeidea Co., Ltd. has drawn attention as its AIoT refillable amenity dispenser, Osull°er, was officially approved as an Innovation Product by the Public Procurement Service on the 21st.
The company is the only domestic AIoT solution provider that connects “bathroom data” with ESG management, establishing itself as a technological innovation model aligned with carbon neutrality.
By collecting and analyzing data from bathroom spaces, the company enhances operational efficiency for hotels and public facilities while delivering measurable plastic reduction outcomes. In particular, the Osull°er dispenser enables hotels to reduce plastic consumption by up to 88%.
▶ ESG and IoT Combined: The Innovation of Osull°er
Osull°er is not simply an amenity product—it is an AIoT-based hotel management system.
It monitors real-time usage of in-room shampoo, body wash, and other amenities, automatically detecting refill timing and possible loss. This data is processed through AI deep learning to predict guest profiles and room-by-room demand, maximizing the hotel’s energy and resource efficiency.
Its refillable natural amenities are manufactured using Jeju green tea and barley, certified by COSMOS and Vegan, ensuring both eco-friendliness and safety.
▶ “ESG in the Bathroom” — A Belief That Sparked Entrepreneurship
In early 2022, when a pilot regulation restricting single-use items for hotels with 50 or more rooms was introduced, CEO Woo personally visited 80 hotels across Jeju to understand the challenges on the ground. Based on these insights, he developed an initial concept combining a sustainable aluminum dispenser, refillable amenities, IoT SaaS for labor improvement, and AI clustering technology.
Witnessing the issues firsthand, Woo challenged an overlooked business area—“bathroom data”—driven by the belief that “ESG can also be practiced in the bathroom.”
With a background in beauty and cosmetics, he introduced an innovative model that merges product design, UX, and IoT technology, gaining notable market attention.
He now leads a team of 10 experts—including CTO Dr. Sangyoon Baek and specialists in IoT, electronics, and firmware—positioning the company as a fast-growing, technology-driven ESG solutions provider.
▶ A Proven ESG Data Company Backed by Technology
The company currently holds 19 patents, has completed five technology transfers with Samsung Electronics, and has been selected for major national programs including the Startup Leap Package, TIPS R&D, and the Super Gap Project 1000+ DIPS, recognizing its technological capabilities.
Freeidea has also secured export contracts to France and Belgium, acquired Vegan and COSMOS certifications, and received a Ministerial Commendation from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Through its refillable aluminum dispenser, the company is redefining the concept of hotel amenities and presenting a new paradigm—a sustainable hotel ecosystem.

▶ Toward a Global ESG Data Platform
Freeidea plans to distribute 100,000 AIoT dispensers by next year, has established a branch in Singapore, and is preparing expansion into Thailand and the United States.
Within three to five years, the company aims to evolve into a global platform that analyzes and shares ESG data, expanding into 10 international markets and targeting a future NASDAQ listing in the U.S.
CEO Woo emphasized,
“ESG is not a distant concept but a value that can be practiced in everyday life. We are creating innovations that lower the planet’s temperature by one degree, starting from the most personal space—the bathroom.”
